WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SERVICE MANAGER
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling: Schedule and plan service technicians work load on a daily basis and monitor progress on repairs.
- Coordination: Plan and prioritize service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work while maintaining high-quality standards. Work closely with Parts Manager to ensure parts availability and scheduling to keep shop efficient.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding service requests, repair inquiries, and maintenance schedules. Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage the service department budget, controlling costs while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all services and repairs meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all work is performed safely, following marina policies, and complying with local and federal regulations.
- Reporting & Administration: Oversee service advisors’ administrative tasks such as creating work orders, invoicing, and maintaining records of service requests and completed jobs. Ensuring consistency in work orders and descriptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth coordination of services and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the boating or automotive industry.
- Knowledge of boat maintenance, repairs, and service operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using service management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and general office equipment.
- Knowledge of marina operations, boating industry standards, and safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s and boating license
- Experience with boat sales or dealership operations.
- Marine mechanic or technician certification an asset.
- Knowledge of specialized boat systems (engines, electrical, etc.) an asset

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A MARINE TECHNICIAN!
QUALIFICATIONS:
Marine experience on both gas and diesel engines, marine electronics, and all boat systems including water, electrical systems and related equipment.
5+ years of industry experience.
Skills:
Superior customer service skills with strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Individuals must be self-directed, and possess good time management, organizational and solid repair skills. Strong written, verbal and communication skills are an asset.
Ability to work independently and multi-task easily.
DUTIES:
Perform mechanical overhaul and repair work on gasoline marine engines, outboard motors, and related marine equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and test marine engines and equipment to determine the need for repairs or adjustments.
Marine electronics installations.
Repairs and routine maintenance to marine water systems, head and holding tanks, bilge pumps, etc.
Winterizing and summer prepping of all marine systems and accessories.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR YARD CREW MEMBERS!
The Yard Crew Member will work closely with the Yard Manager. This position involves working outdoors in all climates and is a year-round position offering Health Benefits and competitive pay.
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Reporting to Yard manager for daily functions
- Keep yard in good order
- Assist with launching boats
- Assist with lifting boats
- Operation of equipment, such as using a fork lift for launching and lifting boats, hydraulic trailer, genie lift, truck and trailer
- Scrub and clean hull bottoms as required
- Complete morning equipment check lists on all equipment
- Any other duties assigned my management
- General knowledge of equipment and operation of equipment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in all climates (sun, rain, snow)
- Team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Boaters License.
